An expert cuts a "lacquer" disc from a material softer than PVC. With the help of a specialized lathe, they meticulously carve the grooves that contain the music of each record.

It is the negative of the lacquer, created through the complex technique known as galvanization. A process that uses powdered metals to capture all the detail of those small grooves.

Using the same technique, the positive of the father is made. A necessary step to create a final negative that will shape the final disc.

We arrive at the stamper, the mold that we finally use in the press, this is a nickel negative and maintains all the definition of the music to imprint it in the molten plastic.

The vinyl record is created when melted PVC plastic is introduced into the mold in the specialized press. This is pressed at high temperature and pressure, ensuring that all those tiny grooves are covered to achieve the highest quality of music. This is the record that subsequently reaches the final listener, ready to be played on a turntable.
